IV International conference "IP rights: challenges of the 21st century"

At the Conference Viktor Stankovsky spoke on: “Converting invention patents to utility model patents” and Sergey Medvedev made a presentation “Pledge of IP rights”.

The Conference was organized by Tomsk State University and gathered over 1200 participants from 16 countries.
