Lecture at Kyrgyz National University n.a. J. Balasagyn

Gorodissky & Partners law firm in collaboration with the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic held a guest lecture on intellectual property for faculty members, students, postgraduates and master's degree candidates of the Law Institute of Kyrgyz National University n.a. J. Balasagyn.

Natalia Ablogina, Senior Lawyer, Tatiana Karetina, Lawyer (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) and Cholpon Dootalieva, Kyrgyz Patent Attorney, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Bishkek) presented a topic “Intellectual Assets as the Foundation of Competitive Advantage”, which covered practices related to managing exclusive rights, legal aspects of artificial intelligence application, modern methods of combating copyright infringements and unethical content usage.

Participants actively engaged in discussions by asking questions about practical regulation, interpretation of norms and opportunities to enhance the quality of legal work.
