Masterclass “Intellectual Property: Registration and Protection”, online

Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D., Partner, Head of the Legal Department and Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Partner (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) hosted the master class "Intellectual Property: Registration and Protection", organized by the Foundation for Foreign Economic Activity Support of the Moscow Region.

During the master class, the experts covered the foreign economic specifics of intellectual property transactions, including the assignment of exclusive rights, licensing, and franchising. Special attention was given to the key tax aspects of such transactions and the issues of protecting intellectual property rights abroad for their subsequent commercialization.
