17 February 2026Ilya Goryachev, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke on «Compulsory Licensing in Practice: Grounds, Practices and Limits of Application under Article 1362 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation» at the meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee of Eurasian Cooperation Center.
During the presentation and subsequent discussion, key issues of law enforcement practice related to the application of compulsory licensing were addressed, particularly taking into account the specifics of applying relevant norms in the context of the pharmaceutical industry.
