Online discussion “Employee and Employer”

Victor Stankovsky, Regional Director, Partner, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, St. Petersburg), made a presentation “Patent disputes between companies and their employees” at the online discussion “Employee and Employer” organized by the city website Fontanka.ru.

In his speech, Viktor Stankovsky spoke about how employee-employer relations arise, how to fix and regulate them in a timely manner, what disputes arise from such relations, and analyzed the examples of patent dispute from his practice.
