Online seminar “Personal Data. Legislation requirements, practical issues, claims of Roskomnadzor“

Stanislav Rumiantsev, PhD, CIPP/E, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke at the online seminar “Personal Data. Legislation requirements, practical issues, claims of Roskomnadzor“ with a review lecture on regulatory issues in the field of PD, in particular compliance issues, GDPR, specifics of passing the Roskomnadzor supervisory review.

He also acquainted listeners with the practice of litigation related to the processing of PD, such as the judicial contest of the instructions of Roskomnadzor to eliminate the revealed violations, bringing to administrative responsibility for violations in the field of PD, etc.

The seminar was organized by the Center for Innovative Development “Business Education RU”.
