Regional Session of the Eurasian Patent Office “Patent Promotion Day”, Ryazan

The specialists from Gorodissky & Partners law firm participated in a regional session "Patent Promotion Day" organized by Eurasian Patent Office jointly with JSC Management Company INTC "Aerospace Valley" in Ryazan.
During a project session "Digitalization as a Driver for Eurasian Cooperation" Andrey Rogov, Head of Computer Systems Department (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) presented the firm's Legal Tech products such as Gorodissky Patadmin, Gorodissky IP Security, and Gorodissky IP Mobile.
Participants of the Session were particularly interested in a unique mobile application Gorodissky IP Mobile, which allows smartphone users on any operating system to monitor their patent and trademark portfolio as well as conduct various searches through patent offices' databases of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Eurasian Patent Organization from anywhere in the world, 24/7.
The roundtable "Specifics of Legal Protection for IT Developments", moderated by Evgeny Alexandrov, Ph.D., Senior Partner, Trademark & Design Attorney, Head of Legal, Trademark & Design Practice (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), was successfully conducted.
During the round table, the specialists from Gorodissky & Partners law firm highlighted specific features regarding software registration at Rospatent and Ministry of Digital Development, addressed issues related to disputes within the IT industry and discussed protection rights for developers when using open-source code.
