Nikolay Bogdanov spoke about the development of intellectual property legislation in 2023, Sergey Medvedev briefed the participants about the development of Russian relations in franchising on the example of the UAE, Nikolay Ptitsyn presented a report "Licensing and Franchising as Tools for Commercialization of Means of Individualization".
