Round table "Trademarks in 2022: Changes and Practice"

Natalia Nikolaeva, Partner, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Novosibirsk) took part in the round table "Trademarks in 2022: Changes and Practice", organized by the Siberian Center of Federal Institute of Industrial Property (Russian PTO’s regional branch) and State Public Scientific Library of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Sergey Renzhin, Head of the Trademark & Design Department of Federal Institute of Industrial Property and Tatiana Gavrilova, Head of the Group for the Trademark Examination and Consideration of Well-Known Trademarks spoke about the novelties of the legislation. Natalia Nikolaeva spoke about the features of the Eurasian system for the protection of industrial designs and answered questions from the audience.
