Webinar “Principals of Intellectual Property for Business”

Nikita Maltsev, Ph.D., Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Perm), gave a lecture at the webinar “Principals of Intellectual Property for Business” which was organized by JSC “Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of Perm Region” in conjunction with NPO “Perm Fund of Entrepreneurship Development” on behalf of the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade of the Perm Region, on the online platform “My Business” of the Perm Service Center.

At the webinar were discussed issues related to intellectual property and its significance for small and medium business, main objects of intellectual property rights and their key characteristics, competitive advantage of trademarks in the market with a review of judicial practice, trademark registration.
