International Conference of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly «EPAA-2025»

Rusakov, Head of Brand Protection Group (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) will take part in the International Conference of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly «EPAA-2025» to be held in Yerevan.

The conference partner - LES Russia - will organise the section "Current challenges in intellectual property: emerging practices in compulsory licensing and exploring new frontiers in the era of AI". As part of the section, Evgeny Alexandrov will lead a roundtable discussion on "Compulsory licensing in the Eurasian region: legal aspects, international experience and perspectives of practical implementation", with Victor Stankovsky as a panellist.

Dmitry Rusakov will talk about the experience in using digital services to identify violations of intellectual property rights and automate claims work on digital marketplaces at the section “Liability of Internet platforms for violation of IP rights”.
