Round table ‘Trademarks – what do we acquire when we register them?’

Natalia Nikolaeva, Partner, Trademark Attorney, Regional Director (Gorodissky & Partners, Novosibirsk) and Inna Rybchak, Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) will hold a round table ‘Trademarks – what do we acquire when we register them?’, organised jointly with the Guild of Trade and Service Enterprises at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The round table will address issues of legal protection of trademarks, prospects for registering as trademarks the ‘brands’ of foreign companies that have left the Russian market, features of using trademarks in advertising and other issues.
