Amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations came into force on May 30, 2025. Fines will reach 500 million rubles or 3% of a company's annual revenue. New offenses related to personal data have already been in effect since the end of 2024. Risks can be minimized through timely audits and compliance measures.
During the webinar, Stanislav Rumyantsev will present an analysis of the innovations and legal risks for businesses and for those responsible for organising the processing of personal data (DPOs), as well as provide practical recommendations on how to respond to legislative changes.
