Advanced Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty

Alexander Mits, Partner, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney, Ekaterina Shushunina, Russian Patent Attorney, Alexey Lifanov, Paralegal (all from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the Advanced Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty organized by the WIPO International Bureau in Geneva, Switzerland.

The seminar was dedicated to the issues of preparation and filing of international applications, special procedures at the international stage, specific formal requirements at national phases in EPO, USA, China, Japan, Republic of Korea, electronic filling of international applications and further PCT development.

Over 40 participants from 20 countries attended the seminar.
