China Trademark Festival 2024

Alina Grechikhina, Russian Trademark & Design Attorney, Eurasian Design Attorney and Anna Degtyareva, Lawyer (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) took part at China Trademark Festival 2024in Xi'an (China). They attended presentations of Chinese specialists, as well as an exhibition of local brands.

The Festival, in particular, covered issues related to current legal updates in China and countries of interest to Chinese business; the risks of infringement of intellectual property rights in cross-border e-commerce and countermeasures designed to protect Chinese brands in their international expansion.
