International Forum for Young Inventors and Innovators

Yury Kuznetsov, Partner, Russian Patent Attorney, Eurasian Patent & Design Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) participated at the Round table "How to provide reliable legal protection for your development" held at the International Forum for Young Inventors and Innovators and shared the experience of foreign patenting.

The experts discussed the development of technology transfer of domestic startups. All speakers noted the importance for patenting of the correct choice of subject matter, attention to the scope of rights in the formation of an application for a patent, the need to encourage the authors of patented developments. The discussion was moderated by Tatiana Erivantseva, Deputy Director of FIPS.
