International Online Conference “IP People”

Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner, Trademark & Design Attorney (Gorodissky and Partners, Moscow), spoke on “IP Asset Management” at the International Online Conference “IP People”, organized by the Business Way Forum. In his report, Sergey highlighted the main legal aspects of trust management, cited some models of trust management, and also focused on the main legal positions of the IP Rights Court and Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The report aroused great interest among the conference participants.
