Russian students won 7 awards at the International Young Inventors Award (IYIA-2022)

The 9th International Young Inventors Award (IYIA-2022) held in Bali (Indonesia) is over.

"Gorodissky and Partners" law firm has been providing sponsorship support to the Russian national team since 2018, as well as participated in the search, testing and mentoring of participants of the exhibition.

This year, students from Russia received 3 gold and 4 silver awards.

Yury Kuznetsov, Member of IYIA International Board of Jury, Partner at Gorodissky & Partners, congratulated the young medalists: “The kids showed an impressive result. All 7 projects of the Russian delegation were awarded. The inventions of the Russian team caused a great interest of foreign colleagues and were highly rated by the international judges. Last time the offline final was held in 2018, before the pandemic, and we are happy to resume the wonderful tradition of the personal participation of our inventors from all over Russia in this inspiring event”.

In total, 350 projects from all over the world took part in the competition, among them were 7 Russian projects.

The gold winners are: Anastasia Eliseeva (Moscow), Alexander Sukhotsky (Moscow) and Konstantin Bazuev, (Yekaterinburg). Silver medals received: Alexander Smurov (Bor), Egor Kopytov (Perm), Anzhelika Isachenko (Svobodny), Anna Kozlova (Svobodny).
