Intellectual Property: Theory and Practice».
On the first day of the conference, June 28, Viktor Stankovsky delivered a presentation entitled «Should Non-Significant Features of a Utility Model be taken into Consideration while Establishing the Fact of its Use?». On the third day of the conference, June 30, Yaroslava Gorbunova talked about the dilemma of similarity between real and virtual goods and services while classifying a trademark.
About 200 specialists attended the conference from Russia and other countries, including Belarus, Kazakhstan and Latvia.
