Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Counsel and Stanislav Rumyantsev,Ph.D., CIPP/E, Senior Lawyer, (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) held a webinar on the topic "Personal Data: Legal Requirements, Security Issues, Roskomnadzor's Claims" at the training center "Business Education.ru" and spoke about the latest amendments to the Federal law and requirements for the use of biometric personal data, gave recommendations on work with personal data, as well as analyzed the law enforcement practice of Roskomnadzor and current court practice.
