  • Legal representation of a large German company in an administrative offence case against counterfeit import; as a result counterfeit products were destroyed and the infringer was fined
  • Representation of a large American company in court against trademark infringement in the Internet (domain name); as a result the domain name was passed to the client and the infringer was fined
  • Represented a large Japanese company in appeal and first instance courts in a case of unlawful and unfair use of the client`s trademark and brand name in the domain name; the domain name was “recaptured” and a large financial compensation was claimed.
